Terms and Conditions

We understand things occur in every day life, however, we do request 24 hours notice if you need to cancel your appointment. Failure to comply will incur a $50 cancellation fee.

 

Our highly trained technicians provide professional colour results using the finest products available. Our salon cannot guarantee lasting results if you are not using our recommended home hair care or if you swim regularly.

 

As per the Small Business and the Competition and Consumer Act, any problems with your service must be reported within two weeks of the original appointment date, by contacting the salon within business hours, via phone or email. We will then endeavour to fix the service or replace the product at no charge, within one week of reporting the fault.

 

As per the Australian Consumer Law, refunds will only be offered if there is a major failure or minor problem with a product sold or service received that cannot be fixed within a reasonable time that does not meet a consumer guarantee.
